Timothy A. McGuire focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and business law, construction law, toxic torts and estate planning.

Mr. McGuire graduated from Creighton University in 1983 (B.A. cum laude) and received his J.D. degree from The Saint Louis University School of Law in 1986. He worked at other law firms in St. Louis before bringing his well-regarded commercial and business law practice to Reeg Lawyers, LLC.

He is admitted to the Missouri and Illinois state bars, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
