Biography:


Lynn A. Lehnert focuses her practice in the areas of toxic torts, insurance, civil litigation, patents and trademarks.

Ms. Lehnert received double major degrees (B.S. in Biology and B.A. in History) from The Saint Louis University in 1998, and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 2003. She is licensed in the States of Missouri and Illinois, and is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Lehnert previously served as an Assistant Missouri Public Defender from 2003 to 2005 handling a full caseload of felony, misdemeanor and juvenile matters. As a law student/intern, Ms. Lehnert served as a Prosecutor for the City of Chicago Department of Law and held an externship at the United State Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). Lynn also had the unique experience of serving for two years as a Laboratory Assistant for the Human Genome Project located at the Genome Sequencing Center, Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.

Ms. Lehnert is an active member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Division of Science and Technology Law. She is also a member of the bars of the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the Illinois State Bar Association, and routinely volunteers her time with the Animal Protective Association of Missouri.
